His journey with the tabla began at the tender age of five, under the meticulous guidance of his father, who is not only his Guru but also his greatest inspiration. Growing up, Arush was mesmerized by the aura of an artist and the powerful presence that musicians command on stage. Watching his father perform, he aspired to follow in his footsteps, not just as a student but as a fellow artist.

The deep respect and recognition that his family earned in the music fraternity further fueled his passion, solidifying his decision to make tabla his career. He believes that music is not just about playing an instrument but about embracing a way of life—one that is magical, expressive, and deeply enriching.

With over seven years of teaching experience, Arush has honed his skills both in-person and virtually, having trained 70+ students since the shift to online learning during the pandemic. His teaching approach continues to evolve as he refines his technical expertise, ensuring that every student receives a structured and immersive learning experience.
