She has a Master's degree in Performing Arts from the prestigious Bhatkhande Music Deemed University in Lucknow, specializing in Kathak dance form, and a diploma from Prayag Sangeet Samiti in Allahabad.

Mitika's exceptional talent has been recognized with several awards, including the Governor's Gold Medal of UP and a gold medal from Bhatkhande Music Deemed University.
