Kumar Manoj

Kumar Manoj is an experienced music teacher at the Jain Bharati Mrigavati Vidyalaya in Delhi, first division in Guitar from the Rockschool in Delhi. He is trained in vocal music from Prayag Sangeet Samiti in Allahabad.

Kumar’s passion for music is evident in his long association with the world of music. It was in 1990 that he professionally began his journey with playback singers in India and abroad. His love for the field and for his art has only grown through the years.
You know how sometimes you encounter something you thought you never would in life, and that one thing becomes the centre of your life, you sole purpose, your calling. That’s exactly the story of Kumar’s relationship with music.
Back as a kid, when he attended a local prayer meeting, the guitar player in the orchestra at the event put him in a trance. It was then that his fascination with the instrument was born. Back then he had no idea that a mere fascination would develop into a deep love with time.
As beautiful as it is, Kumar’s journey has been one filled with hardships. But, the ardent desire to play the guitar, to make a name for himself in the field of music stayed with him. And, with his indomitable spirit he beat all odds. Today, he has his own band and a music academy. The gratitude that he expresses for reaching where he has only makes you believe more in the power of dreams.
