Akshat Pratap Singh

Akshat is an experienced and skilled musician with a focus on Hindustani classical vocal music. He has received tutelage in this genre for the past 11 years .He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in vocal music from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishvavidyalaya, where he graduated with the Silver Medal of the year. He has also completed a post-graduate degree in performing arts in Hindustani vocal from Banaras Hindu University. In addition, he holds the qualification of Sangeet Praveen from Prayag Sangeet Samiti.

With 5-6 years of teaching experience, Akshat has taught classical, semi-classical, and light music to students of all levels around the world. He has also been invited to speak at a lecture demonstration event conducted by The Gurukul in Raipur

He has also performed at prestigious platforms such as the Gomtinagar Sangeet Samaroh in Lucknow and the 24th Sangeet Sankalp Saptah in Ahmedabad. During the pandemic, Akshat has performed on reputed online platforms including Hindustani Classical Music and Everything, Music is Life, Banyan Tree, Swarteerth, and Musicians Digistage.
